Greek Mountain Tea

Grown on Mount Othrys in the Magnesia region of Greece, Sideritis raeseri is a traditional mountain tea valued since ancient times. It grows naturally in rocky, high-altitude conditions without chemicals. The flowers and stems are carefully hand-harvested, gently dried, and packed without additives.

For generations, Greeks have brewed this tea as a simple daily ritual, after long days outdoors, during winter evenings, or in quiet moments of rest. Traditionally enjoyed to warm the body, accompany meals, and bring balance to the day, often served with honey or lemon.
