Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, such as holidays or sales events. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method:

Denmark: 2-4 business days
EU: 3-7 days
The rest of the world: 5-21 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries within the European Union and select non-EU countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@pelopsgreekgoods.com to inquire about custom shipping arrangements.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Due to customs and import regulations, we may be unable to deliver to certain regions or may require additional documentation or delivery time.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Pelops is not liable for delays or charges due to customs processing.

6. Delivery Issues and Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@pelopsgreekgoods.com within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance

  • Delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed status at customs, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If an order is not collected within the carrier's holding period and is subsequently returned to us, PelopsGreekGoods ApS accepts no responsibility for the failed delivery. In such cases, the following applies:

  • A refund will be issued for the product cost only, once the returned parcel has been received and inspected.
  • Any additional costs incurred during the return process, including but not limited to return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier handling fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the deductible return costs exceed the product value, no refund will be issued.
